Project: Belonging to the European Union Erasmus+ Program, 2018 Call, of the Key Action 2 to the Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices.

Project Identification: 2018-1-FR01-KA202-047908.

Duration: 36 months, since September 2018, until Agost 2021.

Budget: 146.765 €.

Coordinator of the project: Comite  de Concertation et de Coordination de l'Apprentissage du Batiment et des Travaux Publics -CCCA-BTP- (France).

Partners: Fundación Laboral de la Construcción y Fundación Laboral de la Construcción del Principado de Asturias (Spain), Centre IFAPME Liège-Huy-Waremme (France), Bildungszentren des Baugewerbes EV -BZB- (Germany), Formedil ente Nazionale per la Formazione e l'Addestramento Professionale nell Edilizia -FORMEDIL- (Italy) and Centro de Formacao Profissional da Industria da Construcao Civil e Obras Publicas do Sul -CENFIC- (Portugal).

The apprenticeship and the work-based learning as key levers to promote employability and a better access to the world of work. . In this sense, in order to make future professionals successful at work, the European Union has developed policies and actions that connect three key levers: quality of apprenticeship, employability and Vocational Education and Training (VET) mobility.

In order to achieve this European objective and to improve the professional’s competitiveness the REFORME+ project has been launched, aiming at developing an institutional partnership, on the basis of the REFORME European network. This initiative will be developed to promote the exchanges of practices, experience and know-how and the learning activities in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy and Germany, with the aim of: 

  • Improving the image and the attractiveness of apprenticeship in the construction sector emphasizing the success of the careers in this sector.
  • Raising the quality of the training: to mutualize and exchange good practices in favor of European cooperation in order to guarantee the quality of the training and of the training paths delivered by the REFORME partners.
  • Developing new types of mobility: especially concerning company tutors and mentors; and long term mobility.
